Social and rrporate Responsibility
With the purpose of ensuring a healthy work environment for our employees and reinforcing the dialogue and the relationship of trust and respect for the benefit of the collective well-being, we maintain the Corporate social responsibility management program. We provide several channels for reporting possible misconduct and violations of human rights. All reporting is confidential, guaranteeing the complainant’s confidentiality and anonymity. Each record is evaluated and addressed individually, according to the guidelines contained in the Code of Ethical Conduct and on the Organization’s Human Resources Management Policy.

Human Rights
Our commitment to human rights is in line with accepted principles around the world, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, besides International Labor Organization (ILO) Conventions, ratified by Brazil and applicable to the Organization.
Our guidelines are included in the Corporate Human Rights Policy and are also addressed in other internal policies and standards, such as the Code of Ethical Conduct, the Sustainability Policy, the Social and Environmental Risk Standard, the Diversity and Inclusion Policy, and the Human Resources Management Policy of the Organization.
